Amanek Inn Beppu

I spent Christmas here and it was pretty cozy! The location is just a short walk from the train station, which made it super convenient. I loved the rooftop pool and onsen, plus they had these adorable yukatas to wear around.

On the flip side, my room was in the annex and felt a bit cramped, especially the bathroom. Honestly, it was a tight squeeze. The breakfast didn’t quite live up to expectations either; a little more variety would’ve been nice.

The location was marvellous near Station, close to a train station. Booked a room with extraordinary views...

I came here with my cousin. Some of the stuff members where amiable and kind. The location was great, you can visit a launched roller coaster by walking. Truly enjoyed my time at the hotel, thank you.

I couldn't believe how dirty my room was-dust bunnies in the corners and stains on the curtains. The bathroom ventilation looked grimy, and I had to wipe the faucet down myself before using it. Just gross overall!

I had a fantastic stay at the Amanek. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and offered great assistance. I loved having access to the amazing amenities next door, including a stunning rooftop pool and an onsen with amazing views. Breakfast was a good experience, full of local specialties, making my visit nice.

No luggage space for large bags. 😅.

Check-in time of 15:00 is strict. Arriving early leads to unnecessary waiting!!! Rooms are small, which might not suit everyone!!! The basic nature of the hotel leaves much to be desired!!!

The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Beppu Station. The wifi was unstable in the evening.

A fascinating stay with a fantastic rooftop infinity pool that elevates the experience! The engaging staff, and the room was impeccably clean and comfy. Take note that public facilities require a short walk to another building. A great choice for relaxation!

I was really disappointed when I arrived at my room and found stained sheets that were supposedly freshly washed. It was gross and made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. Such an unsettling experience!

The easy access to both the indoor onsen and the rooftop pool was a good experience. The breakfast offered a wonderful variety of local dishes that catered to all tastes.

The entrance could be hard to find.

Had a very clean room and a super comfortable bed. Plus, I spent a lot of time at the very nice rooftop pool. The view was to die for, just fantastic after a whole day walking around!

I stayed in a Standard Double Room for one night. The bed was comfy, but the room felt a bit cramped with the bed pushed against the wall. Thankfully, it was clean, a win! There was an ample desk and a decent layout for a small room. The location was good too, close to food and the train station.

I had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the really good breakfast spread and the soothing hot spring bath on the top floor. The only minor hiccup was not realizing there was a luxury option next door, which led to a bit of confusion at check-in. Definitely check out the hot spring and the variety of food-they are highlights!
